Explore the stories and process behind my favorite projects.

This collection of curated projects illustrates my work with agencies, organizations, associations, and non-profits, and highlights a range of user-centered activities as well as my extensive hands-on experience.

About

I lead product, design, and research teams and together we create, build and scale user-centered and data-driven products and experiences for people all over the world.

I'm a father, a rendang lover, and a cocktail appreciator. Lately, I'm enjoying Poolsuite PresentsSteve Coogan, anything by teamLab, and a lot of hard science fiction. I'm starting to learn Italian and I'm always up for a museum trip or bike ride.

Case Study - DPB

Credit Suisse needed to establish itself as a premier digital bank in order to keep pace with customer expectations and get ahead of emerging fintech disruption. An international effort was undertaken in Singapore to design and build DPB.

Case Study - SPA

P&G wanted to appeal to Young Professionals, which are largely young women who care about their skin but are also intrigued by how technology can help make their lives better.

Case Study - PLUS

Tripadvisor Plus was a curated subscription travel service for the world’s largest travel platform. It offered subscribers special deals on hotels and things to do, with exclusive travel perks, partner benefits and timely advice to enhance travelers’ experience.

Case Study - DC.Gov

DC.Gov

The new DC.gov design prioritizes service delivery, showcasing services above all other content. It features a modern design with iconic local imagery, while a mobile-adaptive strategy addresses the unique needs of mobile users. The site also standardizes agency and department mini-sites, capturing the essence of a "small city with international appeal."

Case Study - Election Center

After 40 years without a rebrand or website redesign, Election Center faced an outdated and unprofessional image, despite its crucial role in supporting U.S. democracy. To address this, a new member-focused brand and website was developed to improve accessibility, streamline access to resources, training, and CERA certification, and reestablish the website as an authoritative and trusted communication channel.
